Songwriters’ Workshop

June 24th-27th

Monday thru Thursday, 10AM-2PM

In this beginning songwriting class we will explore different ways to write songs and learn to strengthen creative flow when you get stuck. Every student will come out with a recorded song, and the tools to keep the writing!

Beach Beats
Drumline

July 8-July 11th

Monday thru Thursday, 10AM-2PM

We take our class to the breathtaking beaches of South Whidbey. Not only will we have lots of time for free play in the sand and sun, we will enjoy basic beats and rhythm patterns on paint buckets and driftwood. All experience levels welcome! Students will be offered experiences to deepen their music theory studies and practice playing in a group no matter the skill level.

Singers’ Workshop

July 15th-July 18th

Monday thru Thursday, 10AM-2PM

We will start the day with stretching, vocal warm-ups, and exercises. Students will work individually and with the group to prepare songs for a performance in (or near) the classroom on the last day.

Busy Bee Busking

August 5-August 8th

Monday thru Thursday, 10am-2pm

Busking: the activity of playing music in the street or another public place for voluntary donations. Students will spend time preparing music to share on the streets of Langley. No experience required. Money earned is spent during camp at local businesses like Sprinkles!
